At 30 years of age Richard became the father of Joanna Bishop Penkem 23 NOV 1794. At 33 years of age Richard became the father of Ann Penkem 16 JUL 1797. At 38 years of age Richard became the father of William Penkem 16 JAN 1803. At 42 years of age Richard became the father of Harriett Penkem 13 OCT 1806.

Richard Penkem and Mary had the following children:
